    1) Is it normal for extreme head pressure to occur when forcing? (not like just a headache, but full on migraine)

    2) What is the recommended time that I should be forcing/talking? Is it mainly a personal preference, or is there a "usual better time" for tulpas and interacting with mine.

[Hail] head pressures are generally not the same as headaches (let alone migraines) as far as most people refer to them, but we guess they might be a sliding scale of sorts. As for the actual answer, mild headaches are decently commonly when forcing for long periods or doing things like imposition for a while. Migraines are rare for such things, but I wouldn't say unheard of.

We've gotten a weeklong headach when we brought one of our tulpas over from their innerworld to the main one, they ate their innerworld, and we started interacting with them much more again.

It is kind of individual. More time in a day/week will definitely help, but what breakdowns (more small blocks or fewer big blocks) work best for some people will not work best for some other people. Since you are getting migrains, perhaps smaller blocks done more often might be worth trying.
